Apéro Joliebox chez Caudalie

Sorry it took me so long to tell you about this party at Caudalie's headquarter in Paris but I got ill after too much partyingand after my assistant spent the whole week coughing...Now I'm all better, I can tell you guys all about this event.
- Désolée que ça m'ait pris autant de temps pour vous raconter l'apéro Caudalie mais j'ai été malade tout le weekend...

I'm not gonna say this in French because I think most French people do know the brand. But for you English readers here some info about the brand (from their website) :
Caudalie is an oenological French term that quantifies the duration of a wine's flavor in your mouth. One second of time equals one Caudalie. The finer the wine, the longer its flavor lingers on the palate - thus meriting more Caudalies!

The brand is well-known in France and very appreciated. It can be expensive but the quality is amazing and the products smell good and are really great to use.

It was a private event with only about a hundred people invited. I went there with friends Taylor and Brittany (both American) and we had a GREAT night !
- Cette soirée était organisée par l'équipe de la Joliebox et une centaine de personnes avaient été tirées au sort pour participer, dont moi. J'ai réussi à faire rentrer mes deux potes américaines Taylor et Brittany et on a passé une super soirée !

First when we got inside the Caudalie offices, the firts thing they told us is that we could get a free facial or a free hand massage. Of course I was interested in both but I had to choose and I chose the facial.
- Lorsque nous sommes entrées dans les bureaux de Caudalie, on nous a distribué un bon pour un massage des mains gratuit ou un soin du visage gratuit. Les deux m'intéressaient mais bon, j'ai choisi le soin visage, Caudalie étant principalement une marque visage...

Nevertheless, we went to get some drinks and food first and let me tell you the food was great and it was open bar so you can imagine the state we're in when we left...
- Avant tout, nous nous sommes dirigées vers le bar/buffet : la nourriture était excellent et il y avait du vin (et soft) à volonté donc vraiment un bonne soirée en perspective...

Anyways, the facial was amazing. The facialist was super nice and when I got out my face was radiant. I got to try all the Caudalie line, mostly the anti-dark spot products and I think I'm gonna buy pretty much everything I got to try.
- Le soin du visage était génial ! L'esthéticienne était super sympa et franchement quand je suis sortie j'avais  une super mine. J'ai surtout testé les produits de la gamme anti-tâche. C'est vrai que Caudalie c'est un peu cher mais j'avais vraiment envie de tout acheter quand je suis sortie de là.

We also got to meet the founder of the brand and I won the three fresh fragrances, which smell really nice.
- Nous avons également assisté à une présentation de la marque et des trois eaux fraiches (que j'ai gagné par tirage au sort lors de cette soirée) qui sentent très bon, surtout la rose et la verte. Et nous avons pu rencontrer le fondateur de la marque, qui était très sympa aussi.
